A stated meeting of Newark Presbytery will be held March 20, 2010 at the Bloomfield Presbyterian Church on the Green, 147 Broad Street, Bloomfield, NJ 07003. Docket and Packet will be posted here within ten (10) days of the meeting.
The Presbytery must establish a Investigating Committee(IC). However, when 2006 Standing Rules were adopted, this action of the Presbytery to form a Investigating Committee was given to the Presbytery as a whole. Therefore, it is necessary that we hold a special meeting for the purpose of nominating and electing an Investigating Committee. In accordance with the Book of Order (D-10.0101 and D-10.0103), the presbytery must be notified.
This special meeting is scheduled for, Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church of Livingston, 271 Northfield Road, Livingston, NJ 07039.

The next Stated Meeting is Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Memorial West United Presbyterian Church, 286 So. 7th Street, Newark, NJ 07103. Meeting highlights will be the installation of the new Moderator. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the meeting will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.
Attached please find the second notice for the second meeting scheduled after the July 21 special meeting was held to elect a Committee of Counsel.
