Triennium is Coming!

Triennium is Coming...

Wait, what IS the Presbyterian Youth Triennium?

Every three years, thousands of high schoolers from our denomination (the Presbyterian Church USA) and two other denominations gather for a huge, 5-day-long party/festival/youth group/worship experience/chance to make friends/service opportunity/party. It's called a 'youth conference', and it will change everything you know about church.

When and Where is it?

It's summer 2010, July 19th-25th (counting travel time) on the campus of Purdue University, in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Who's going?

High schoolers, age 15-19, and some trusty adult advisors. Our delegation from Newark Presbytery is forming, but we'll meet people from every state and a bunch of foreign countries, too.

Interested?
Of course you're interested! We need youth to sign up and youth and adult advisors. We are figuring out the costs and will post them soon. Look for more information in the coming weeks. You can also contact our Presbytery's Triennium guy, the Rev. Erik Spencer, Pastor, Verona, (email: espencer10@verizon.net, phone: 973-239-3561) or check out www.presbyterianyouthtriennium.org.
