CHURCH MUSICIAN - Part time

Roseville church seeks skilled energetic musician who can inspire others to use their musical gifts for the glory of God.

POSITION PURPOSE: To serve the church by providing choir direction and musical accompaniment during worship services and other church programs.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Play two Sundays a month; rehearse and direct a youth choir and a men’s choir to sing for assigned worship services; hold rehearsals weekly with the development and growth of the choirs as a continuing goal.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Music Degree desirable; equivalent expertise and experience accepted; able to read music; must be a “team player" in church setting, working with staff and volunteers so that music ministry is enhanced within the life of the church.
