Unfortunately, the Reverend Robert N Burkins cannot attend. Neither can his alternate. However, I am delighted to let you know that the Reverend Dr. Moses Biney, PhD. Associate Pastor at First Presbyterian Irvington, has accepted the invitation to serve as our Commissioner. Rev. Biney will serve on the General Assembly Committee #19 Board of Pensions, Foundation, and Presbyterian Publishing. Please keep Moses in your prayers as he ramps up in preparation.
