New Jersey Networks, Congregations, and Organizations,

Attached you will find the flier for the eighth annual Awards and Celebration Supper for the New Jersey Coalition for Inclusive Ministries on November 5. We invite you to share the flier, but also the two nomination forms. We use the evening to recognize individuals, families, congregations, organizations, and others (See the categories) who have been doing committed and creative work in spiritual supports and religious ministries with people with disabilities and other special needs and their families in New Jersey.

The flier is for information and reservations for the dinner. The PDF nomination form is for printing and hard copy nominations, and the On Line Form is one you can save and then use to type a nomination, save it, and send it to Elizabeth Ong as an email attachment. We prefer electronic submission.

Thank you. We invite you to think for a few minutes, perhaps with others, about people and organizations who are doing creative work in this area of ministry. The Coalition is interfaith, so nominations are welcome from all faith communities. And please, again, feel free to forward this on to any networks in New Jersey. The dinner is always a wonderful time, and has helped us find, see, and celebrate people and groups doing great things who may not often get acknowledged.

The deadline for Nominations is October 1. Awardees who are chosen are invited with one guest as complimentary guests for the Dinner.
