A half-day continuing education course taught monthly in two locations in New Jersey (north and south), September-November 2009 and January-May 2010.

Designed for pastors, elders, and commissioned lay pastors

Draws on the best of current theories in the change sciences, integrated with a missional ecclesiology
Participants gain greater understanding of what is needed from them as leaders in the church in the 21st century.

Each participant develops a strategy for implementation in his/her context in ministry.
