I want to congratulate the entire Presbytery Transformation Commission, its moderator, Elder Celia King, and the emerging NP Community Transformation Corporation for winning approval of $50,000 from the General Assembly Mission Program Grant committee for our Focus on Youth & Young Adults: Innovative Advocacy Ministry project. Additional thanks to Dr. Curtis Jones and the Harambee team who prepared the application for submission.

This project will be rolled out in September and will require the project team to be ready implement the project as we seek God's blessings on the congregations and the communities through this initiative. Newark Presbytery's congregations are poised to demonstrate God's love in this new and creative way. Please join with me in extending thanks and continued prayers for this important project.
