To all our friends in the community of West Orange and beyond – At the United Presbyterian Church of West Orange, we are blessed - and very excited - that our Pastor Becca is returning to work after a long six month battle against leukemia. A major part of her treatment was blood transfusions - many of them. Without the generous donation of strangers giving their blood, Becca's journey would not have been completed so successfully.

To return some of those blessings, we are joining with the Blood Center of New Jersey to host a Blood Drive on Thursday, October 6th, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Bloodmobile will be in the parking lot at UPCWO.

If you are healthy, weigh at least 120 pounds, and 16 or older, you may be eligible to give blood.
