Dear Clerks of Session and Moderators:

Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and New Year’s celebration and are getting back to your regular schedules. This year’s inclement weather has been tough on all of us. I wish to extend my thanks for the important ministry each of you provide in your congregations.

The Annual Statistical Report booklets and reports are no longer printed by the Office of the General Assembly. Attached are the file with the report included. Encourage you to complete them on line. The report will also be on the Presbytery website under Resources.

Please return all forms to the Presbytery Center by Wednesday, February 23, 2011.
If you wait that long, just mail the forms to the Presbytery Center. And if the on-line system is not your favorite gospel, please send them to me earlier. If we have the information by February 23, we will take responsibility for entering it into the system.

This year we are having a “Super Church Stat Saturday” on February 19th at the Presbytery Center, 12 Noon to 3:00 PM. You may turn in your statistical reports and find out what’s required for the upcoming Session Records Review later this year.

I would encourage everyone to use the on-line system as soon as possible after your Session has approved your report. Any questions do not hesitate to contact me at the Presbytery Center.
