I was delighted to learn that Stated Clerk Warren McNeill’s planned knee replacement surgery was completely successful Tuesday. We are grateful that he has already begun his physical therapy and will be soon home. Warren is expected to return to the office in a few weeks, though he will be working from home and accessible via his mobile phone and email during his convalescence.
