Triennium 2010 Update: 22 to Triennium, Advisors Needed

I hope you are all excited for Triennium 2010. As of right now we have 22 youth signed up and are gathering advisors. If you know of any adults that would like to come, please let me know (if you have already, I apologize, we switched email systems and I lost a lot of info). The cost for each youth is $409. If you need scholarships, please let me know how many and we will look at how much money we have for that. The presbytery is picking up the travel fees and all the fees for 5 adults (21 years old +). We can add a few more youth, but final registration deadline for all youth and adults is May 4th.

Everyone going will get together sometime in the end of May. It is important that we all get to know each other before traveling out there. We will also be designing shirts and coming up with pins to trade. Right now I am thinking May 23rd as a meet up day. What does everyone think and can anyone host it?
