Synod Commissioners will meet in New Brunswick March 13, 2010- 9 AM - for the Synod's New Jersey Presbytery Partnership Group stated meeting.

Our next New Jersey PPG meeting will be on Saturday, March 13th at the First Presbyterian Church of Hightstown beginning at 9:00am. The church is located at 320 North Main Street ~ Hightstown, NJ 08520 and their phone number is 609-448-0055.

You will remember that we voted to form an ad hoc committee to plan for our discussion of how our PPG can be more effective in supporting the work of our Presbyteries and their ministries. This committee met last week and has begun that planning process. We determined that we will not ask a consultant to facilitate the meeting but we have asked Clint McCoy to attend and to assist in directing our discussion. We will provide more materials to you for your review prior to the meeting.

It is important that we have as many commissioners present at this meeting as possible. Within each presbytery, we ask that you do your best to have four commissioners elected and present at the March 13th meeting.
