The New Jersey Presbytery Partnership Group (PPG) is meeting is Saturday, September 12, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Presbyterian Church of New Brunswick.  The docket is attached for your review.  Also attached are the next draft of Standards and Procedures for approval and (in a separate email) a PHEWA power point presentation, highlighting its ministries over the past two years.  As this is a grants meeting, we have 5 grants to review on Saturday.  All should have received the three grants to be reviewed by plenary last Friday.  Please review these prior to the meeting.  The leadership focus group will make recommendations on the other two drafts.  This meeting marks the end of the term for many of our commissioners, some of whom have served their limit of two terms.  We will thank them for their service on Saturday.  We will have many new commissioners beginning with our October meeting.  We want to remind each presbytery caucus to take responsibility for having one of their members on each focus group, and one on the grants review committee as well.  We look forward to seeing you on Saturday.  Please bring a bag lunch.
