Event on March 05, 2012

Dear Newark Presbytery Leaders:

The time has come for the Human Resources Team (HRT) to listen. YOUR job is to prayerfully and thoughtfully fill out the survey questions on each of the Presbytery staff with whom you interact. We are not interested in gossip. We are not interested in 2009. We ARE interested in your interactions with the Presbytery Staff since the Autumn of 2010 when we last conducted the survey.

We want to know what works. We want to know what has gotten better. We want to know what you feel needs improvement. We want to listen to YOU.

We will listen to each member of the Staff.

The HRT will listen to each other.

Then we will affirm what is going well, or getting better.
We will share and seek to shape behavior where there is perceived friction.
We will track and trend with what has been said before and document for future growth.

Now, if you are not a great adventurer in cyberspace, and prefer ink to bytes, we have a paper based version of the survey which we are making available online, and mailing it to each church. Please duplicate as many as you need.
You will find a PDF version of the survey, and a link to the survey online, on this website, NP2012 Staff Feedback Survey link

Remember to fill one out for EACH staff member.
You may get them back to me in three ways. Please make sure I have them before March 5th.
You can:

1. Mail it to me. (The address is on the survey).
2. Within reason, I will pick it up, if necessary. (My email is on the survey)
3. Or you can bring it by the VA hospital in East Orange where I work with many of your congregants serving our nation’s Veterans.

Or, you may take one bold step forward into the 21st century and go directly to the survey site :

Thank you for this opportunity to serve:
